Fabulous Post Office Coupons
I have moved so many times throughout my life and every time I had to move, I had to go to the post office and get a change of address envelope. These envelopes are filled with great coupons such as 10% your entire purchase at Lowe's and 10% off your entire purchase at Best Buy up to $5000. If you are doing a house renovation this year or planning to purchase a big ticket item at Best Buy, 10% off is a lot! All you have to do is go to the post office and ask for a change of address packet and you will find several coupons inside whether you are planning to move or not:)

Best Deals for Earthquake Insurance
I am devastated over the Haiti earthquake tragedy. My heart goes out to all the families who have lost love ones as well as the families still trying to account for their loved ones who are currently missing. I am committed to donating as much money as we can this month to the Red Cross Haiti Relief. Please text Haiti to 90999 to donate $10 to the Red Cross Haiti Relief. Most people in Haiti are living off $2 a day so $10 would go a long way. We went to the Dominican Republic last year for our anniversary and the country is absolutely beautiful. It is so sad that Haiti was already one of the poorest countries in the world. With that being said, Charleston is on a fault and we should all consider getting earthquake insurance. Especially if you live downtown Charleston, Mount Pleasant or Summerville. We have been shopping around and finally decided to go with Horace Mann. Not only were they the cheapest for Earthquake Insurance, they also had the best value for Home Owners Insurance. Travelers was the next best option and they also were cheaper than Horace Mann for car insurance. Take the time to make sure you are covered because it would be devastating if we did have an earthquake one day and you did not have the insurance to cover your losses.

Fabulous Food
We had an amazing dinner last night at Poogans Porch. They are doing their 1978 prices through February. Adrian and I had 2 cups of she crab soup, an appetizer and 2 entrees for $30. You should definitely check it out. There are a lot of restaurants offering deals this week in Charleston, SC. Halls Chophouse is doing a 3 course dinner for $30/per person. Also check out www.restaurant.com, there are tons of restaurants offering $25 gift certificates for only $15 dollars all the time. If you are willing to go to dinner early you can sometimes eat for half the normal price. Ruth Chris, Oak Steakhouse and Yamato are some of my favorite early bird specials. Don't enjoy eating out? Check out www.dreamdinners.com and schedule a time to make your dinners in their kitchen. You don't have to go to the grovery store or clean up a mess in your own kitchen. The dinners are reasonably priced and the menu changes every month. Living a fabulous life involves eating fabulous food so enjoy:)

Fabulous Credit Cards with Cash Back
Happy New Year fabulous people! Make a New Years resolutions to start maximizing your net income this year. If you are currently writing checks or using your debit card to pay your bills, it is not benefiting you in any way. My two favorite credit cards are Discovercard and Chase Rewards Visa. Discovercard has 5% cash back options such as gas, groceries, travel, fashion and restaurants. Right now you can get 5% cash back on travel through March 2010 on up to $800. I know everyone does not take Discovercard which is why I also use Chase Rewards Visa. They offer 3% cash back on groceries, gas, fast food, gym memberships, salons and 1% cash back on all other purchases. Once you reach $200 in rewards you can cash them in for a $250 check from Chase. Don't get me wrong, credit cards can be bad if you are spending more than you make or if you can't pay the entire balance at the end of each month. If you are unable to control your spending, a credit card may not be the best option for you. If you can control your spending, don't miss out on this fabulous tax free benefit.
